*300-key luxury hotel and 176-unit hotel/ condo
*150,000 SF retail
*2,500 space parking garage
*Proposal not approved despite recommendation of mayor and city consultants because of local political considerations

Responsibilities:
*Managing Arquitectonica team members in drawing and schematic model production
*Consultation with developers and attorneys to define scope of project
*Architectural development of floor plans and elevations
*Representing Arquitectonica and providing detailed project information at city council meetings
*Interfacing with outside model builders for the creation of $38,000 presentation model for the city of Hollywood
