*283-unit, 11-story luxury apartment building conversion from existing 6-story office
*Submitting for LEED Silver certification in 2009
*approx $79 million construction cost
*Located in downtown Washington, DC overlooking Rock Creek Park and Georgetown

Responsibilities:
*Coordination with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineers for dwelling units and public spaces
*Coordination and implementation of universally accessible FHA, ANSI 117.1, and ADA-compliant elements in dwelling units
*Life-safety review and creation of life-safety plans
*Coordination of LEED Certification process
*Review of RFI and Submittals
*Review and action on Requisitions for Paymant/ Certificates of Substantial Completion
